25+ years of experience in the real estate industry, including business development, capital raising, overseeing investment acquisitions and operations.

At Tribell, Victoria is the CEO responsible for business operations and on-going performance of funds under management.

Anthony Koczan (ICAEW)

CFO

10+ years of experience in finance, focusing on investment, development and property management.

At Tribell, Anthony heads up our corporate finance team with oversight of our OpCo finance and HR functions that deliver tenancy finance, property finance, HR and payroll.

Winston Luk

Managing Director Investment

15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with a particular focus on transactions, structuring, financing and asset management.

At Tribell, Winston is responsible for investment management, including underwriting, transaction execution and debt sourcing and client reporting.

Jonathan Osborne

Managing Director Property

20+ years of experience in the real estate industry, including asset management, quality management strategies, property mobilisation and handover.

At Tribell, Jonathan is responsible for the property teams: property & facilities management, property compliance, development and asset management. He works closely with the operational teams to drive asset performance and values

15+ years of experience in operational real estate with deep experience in business project management, business systems development, business support services and customer facing operations.
