Our ESG vision underpins all of our strategies, with four key principles:
E
Environmental
Fabric first approach – evaluate and upgrade the buildings
Investigate options for renewable energy sources, and limit reliance on non-renewables
Educating tenants to reduce energy usage through targeted strategies
Invest in digital monitoring systems to drive operational effectiveness and provide accurate real-time updates on energy consumption

Engage with wider community to ensure our operational policies consider their needs
Implement appropriate philanthropy partnerships and programmes
G
Governance
Tribell has developed and implemented 15 policies that govern our business activities; from suppliers code of conduct, diversity and inclusion to risk management
Each of these policies has a Board Member responsible for oversight and the wider team performance is benchmarked against adherence with these policies
Third party verification of adherence to these policies is conducted at regular intervals
1. To develop and operate safe and secure assets in a responsible way
2. To act in the interests of our stakeholders
3. Respect and protect the environment
4. Act in a responsible way in the communities within which we operate
